We are extraordinarily fortunate to have the support and advice of an exceptional advisory board here at MinsterFB.  With broad experience across commercial, marketing and governance functions, and sectors such as grocery, beauty, retail and finance, they help advise and guide us as we grow and develop MinsterFB.  So let’s introduce them!

Emma Booth

Emma brings a wealth of Amazon experience to our NED team, having worked there for 6 years.  She began in Operations in MAN1 so has Fulfilment Centre knowledge as well as insight into Amazon Fresh, AVS and Amazon Marketing packages from later roles.  Both before and after her time at Amazon Emma has worked in grocery at Sainsbury’s and Booths so is perfectly  placed to support us and evolve our thinking with our substantial grocery client portfolio.

Jacqui Burchell

Jacqui’s extensive experience in the beauty industry has come to fruition in her current role as Chief Commercial Officer at the British Beauty Council.  An experienced strategic marketeer Jacqui has worked in product innovation and marketing management for brands such as Sanctuary Spa and PZ Cussons, as well as bringing commercial experience from her 10 years at Boots.  We are grateful to have Jacqui’s strategic insight and industry knowledge as we move forwards.

Rebecca Boscott

Rebecca has worked in CFO/COO, governance and compliance roles over the last 25 years and is currently Head of ESG for Investment company Hanover Investors, as well as a number of trustee and NED roles.  Her wealth of experience is invaluable in helping us navigate corporate finance decision-making and shape our own ESG activities.

Nick Downing

Nick has over 25 years of industry experience in global retailing and consumer goods. He has worked with businesses in over 50 countries, including retailers, brands, private label and service providers. Nick spent 23 years at IGD, leading the commercial team from 2005 to 2024 as part of the executive team.  Nick’s leadership experience in a high-growth, insight-led environment is invaluable.
